Initial set-up and education by a licensed Respiratory Therapist.
Follow-up phone call 5–7 days post set-up, by a Respiratory Therapist, to identify any needs or problems.
Cellular downloading technology using both Restraxx^TM by ResMed and EncoreAnywhere^TM by Philips Respironics.
Monthly call with educational intervention if necessary for the initial six months.
Quarterly follow-up calls to assist with compliance as well as provide them access to new products and supplies.
